Why Pilots Gate

Built by pilots. Run by pilots.

We don't outsource curriculum design or instructor recruitment. Every program is owned end-to-end by current or former line captains who've been where you're going.

EASA-aligned end-to-end

Part-FCL, Part-ORO, Part-CAT compliant. Audit-ready documentation. No regulatory shortcuts.

Captains as instructors

TRI/TRE-rated current line captains. You learn airline operations from people doing it on the line every week.

Time-bound progression

Clear weekly milestones. Performance-based advancement. No artificial gating.

Real-aircraft data, AI threat brief

Each sortie comes with chart-aware threat assessment, METAR/TAF/NOTAM analysis. You walk to the cockpit prepared.

First-officer release as standard

Programs end at line release as FO with the partner carrier. Not a certificate-and-go promise. Real cockpit, real revenue sectors.

"We don't promise jets at graduation. We deliver them. The difference is operational reality — not marketing."
