We are the regulated escrow broker that brings authority-matched, KYC-verified pilot candidates to your school, ATO, TRTO, or carrier. You deliver training. We handle sourcing, contracts, payment, and refunds.

Who we onboard

• EASA Part-ORA approved Approved Training Organizations (ATO)
• Type Rating Training Organizations (TRTO) under EASA, FAA Part 142, or local ICAO authority
• Part-121 / Part-135 carriers with line-training programs and an Air Operator Certificate
• FAA Part 141 / Part 61 schools with a record of authority approvals
• National flight schools under DGCA, GCAA, CAAP, CAAK, FATA, CAAC and similar authorities

What we expect

• Active authority approval certificate (uploaded as part of vetting)
• In-force aviation insurance
• Verifiable banking details (IBAN/SWIFT) for milestone payouts
• Tax registration and corporate registration documents
• Beneficial owner KYC for AML compliance
• Honest disclosure of capabilities, slot capacity, and pricing

How payments work

PilotsGate collects from the candidate in three stages and pays you on a separate B2B schedule (typically 30% deposit, 50% at training start, 20% at milestone close). All payouts are in USD or EUR by SWIFT to the IBAN you provide. We do not deduct unexplained fees, your wholesale price is the price.

What you do not deal with

• Candidate sourcing, marketing, or affiliate broker fees
• Visa coordination, we run that desk
• Chargebacks or stolen-card fraud, Paddle Merchant of Record absorbs them
• Late-payment risk, funds clear before each milestone
• Refund disputes, you stay paid for delivered work, our refund matrix handles candidate side
